Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 (International Edition) have built in RAM capacity of 1gb RAM. The Android system file utilises around 200mb hence gives us free memory around 800 mb.

To make it worst, preinstalled applications that run in background reduces the memory capacity and also battery life hence reduces the performance of your smartphone. Some of the preinstalled apps cannot be uninstall or remove. I discovered that in total, it takes about 390mb(run in background)+202mb (system)= 600mb RAM running in background easy. 400mb RAM free memory capacity left for users.

However, did u know that besides running the default task killer or installing 3rd party apps such as advance task manager(my favourite), u may also optimise your memory by disabling the application without the need to remove.

This is what i did, and it works:
Goto Setting>Application>All screen>then tab on the unwanted apps>tab Disable. Beware not to select the system files. This way, u can enable it anytime u want without having to downloading it again.

Good luck
