Generally, Windows Operating System will run the batch files at start up. Then it will run the 3rd party software, which you have installed on your computer. The start up process could make your computer very slow and may take some time to finish its start up process. In some occasions, it could cause your computer to crash or hang.
Optionally, you may disable all the start up programs and run it manually only when you required the program to run. To do so, just click start button, then click run.*refer figure 1. At the Open column, type msconfig. Message box will appear.*refer figure 2. At the top, select Startup column. Then click Disable All. Click apply, then Ok. Now you will be required to restart the computer. Click Restart. For first time restart after the changes being made, the System Configuration Message box will appear, just select the check box below and click ok.
Now, just feel the difference of your start up speed.
